We love our 43" gen1 dusky pink in our bedroom. It doesn't compare to our lounge system (higher end Sony TV, midrange Denon AV receiver and 5.1.2 M&K speakers), it's easily good enough asa second TV. The sound on Sky Glass is easily the best I've heard from any TVs built in speakers, and the 4K HDR performance is more than good enough for the price.

Most importantly is my wife finds it way easier to use than the separates system downstairs. One device, one remote and a TV user interface that means she can followall of her shows without worrying which app they are in (as on our Apple TV 4K boxes). Happy wife, happy life.

People keep asking me how I like Sky Glass. My answer is always the same.Whats not to like.2 years ago I downsized my home moving from a 5 bedroom detached house to a 1957 build semi-detached bungalow.Suddenly space was precious.I wanted a tv in my bedroom and I wanted a Sky package but I didn't want lots of wires and a Sky box in there making it look untidy .I rang the Sky team for advice and was introduced to Sky Glass for the first time.A flat screen TV with everything Sky built into it I was offered a choice of screen sizes,I went for the 49 inch one that fits perfectly into my tv wardrobe.Built in stereo speakers, with a rich smooth sound, the usual remote, but just plug and play. The Sky Glass picks up my router, which happens to be from Sky,but I'm told any good router will do,in fact it picks up several of my neighbours, but I digress. The picture is perfect with strong vibrant colours. All of my favourite channels, free and paid for are at my fingertips with easy to see and use menus.Ive plugged in a DVD player that I've actually only used twice because all of my DVD collection is readily available on my Sky package.I think that's all I can say.As I said,"Whats not to like about Sky Glass"

What do you have to say aboutyours?

Glass comes in 43", 55" and 65". There's never been a 49" model.

The Gen 1 was barely adequate on release, and hasn't aged well. The Gen 2 is somewhat better, but unlike every other television manufacture Sky doesn't believe in reducing their prices over time so it's already looking increasingly uncompetitive.

Am like you very pleased with Sky Glass, with one exception the playlist. Not far short of 5 years with glass, and it's still not sorted

Latest disaster, Millwall v Hull whole match, went to watch this morning, great, said recorded, over 3 hours, fast forwarded, up to an hour just emblem screen, after 2 hours players emerge, talking to the media, after the match has finished

Not good enough Sky, and it's your own programme
