Sound but no vision

Help, My Sky puck provides everything but a programme picture, i get the menu screen, sound, but when i select a show, i get everything but the picture. I' unplugged everything and re plugged in, same issue. I have multi room, and the other puck is working fine. So the broadband is ok. Any suggestions Cheers Bri
