I've looked online and tried everything, spent 2 hours looking and entering codes and none worked, so I've given up and am returning the firestick, gonna get an older version... which is a shame really! But my mistake forgot thinking newer would have been better... so unless I buy a normal tv you can't use it with sky glass! Got an older version in my bedroom so I'll use that for now!!!
