I presume you're referring to Disney+. Have you added it to your Sky account? Is it actually available as an Amazon Prime channel?

Hi @JulieJone and welcome to the forum. Are you referring to the free addition of Hayu with your Sky subscription? If so it not free with Sky at the moment but should be from some point July. If you have a look at the following LINK it explains the situation.

In particular see the 3rd bullet point which says:

Hayu from July, with a selection of top shows available from March

Hulu is not distributed as a channel or independent app on Sky. There's some Hulu content within the Disney+ app, which does itself now have a minimum tier bundled 'free' with most Sky subscriptions.
