Hi @DanielleLynch17 by change, if you mean change the tier of your linked Disney + account, you can do this via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/app-subscriptions.

Ho @DanielleLynch17 I upgraded recently. Go to the "MySky" button on your homescreen and then select "Your products" and enter your PIN. Then select App subscriptions > Current > Disney +. You will then see the options available to you. Just select the tier you want and confirm the security code of the debit/credit card registered with Sky.

The whole process took no longer than 2 minutes 😀
