    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was watching Netflix on my sky glass tv and then it just went to an error. Now I have e no service to watch anything. I've tried switching off at the mains, resetting and checking status and nothing is working. On my router there should be 4 green lights (1-4 left to right)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-no light at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3-green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4- orange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;im not happy as this has happened before and I've already had an engineer out and he has advices that I get a new tv and none of the hdmi sockets work either. I feel that I should recieve some compensation for this as why should I pay for a service that I'm not receiving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
