      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to contact Sky. However, I do not want to call,&amp;nbsp; I do not have the time to sit on the phone for hours on hold as previously experienced.. I want to talk to a human and I want what i have to say in writing for reference..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have looked online but cannot find an email address or address to write too, there appears to be no webchat and i cannot do what i want via 'my sky' app... its very fustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any information about contacting sky other than on the phone would be great!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
