      <title>I still don’t have Disney+</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still can't link my Sky account to my Disney+ account, I keep being bounced back and forth and being made promises that aren't being fulfilled. I already have a Disney+ account that I pay for, and I have previously had a Disney+ account attached to the Sky account on and old email that is no longer active. The My Sky app and subscription pages tell me it's awaiting activation but when I click it it says it's already linked, and when I check the payment page on Disney it's still my bank account paying. At this point my contract isn't being fulfilled and I'm getting very frustrated having been on the phone to Disney and Sky for hours at this point. Disney say they just need a 16 digit number and they can transfer it to my active account, Sky say they do not have it. HELP?!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed your instructions. And have now spent months on this and am still unable to receive the service I pay for you to provide. I logged into my Disney plus account on a Sky device after the activation was cancelled expecting it to link to my Sky account which I was told would happen. It has not, tried activating it through my Sky and I'm now back to square one. I am getting absolutely SICK of this. It should not be this hard to connect a pre-existing Disney plus account to my Sky account, ESPECIALLY considering they have the same email. My impression of Sky has been great but i doubt I'll be recommending you guys to anyone now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
