&lt;P&gt;Even though you may have tried, can you do a resetting of your remote and doing the recovery procedure on step 4 in this Sky help article.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky Glass Gen 2, the screen cycles through solid colors (red, green, blue,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;white, black).when turning on and can last an hour before it let's me watch &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;anything, I've done all the sky tech fixes hard reset etc but nothing seems to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Resolve .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
