&lt;P&gt;Actual faults would be coincidence: telecoms in particular is a regulated industry and Ofcom would be extremely unimpressed with any ISP which was stupid enough to intentionally do such a thing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are sometimes issues caused by services being ceased prematurely though, so it would help if you gave more details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
