Is your internet working? Have you rebooted both your glass and your router by powering them off at the mains for a few minutes? Who is your ISP?&amp;nbsp; Is this setting up or an existing install?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember we are fellow customers not sky support and we know nothing about you or your set up unless you tell us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
