Have you run a speed test in Netflix (profile picture&amp;gt; get help ? &amp;gt; Connectivity check).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the result? Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have multiple sky streaming devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
