This will clear any software glitch that can cause such issue. If that doesn't work try leaving unplugged overnight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failing that you will need to ask sky to replace your set if under warranty as this could point to a hardware failure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
