If that doesn't work try leaving it powered off overnight. Issue like that's are often caused by a software glitch and extended power off / reboot can resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However it can be caused by a hardware error. You don't say if this is a Gen 1 or 2 set, however ifan overnight power off hasn't resolved, and you are within warranty you will need to ask sky for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Mikealanr&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should of mentioned that lol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a first generation sky glass tv that I've had for over 3 year's now. Tried having it turned off all night already.&amp;nbsp; Will Sky replace or fix?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky do have a repair partner (see: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs&lt;/A&gt;) however they do not replace the screen. So it all depends where the fault is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can call sky and see if they can supply a refurbished model etc but this is likely to be at a cost to you or they will sell you a Gen 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
