Do you have Sky broadband too? Do other devices work without needing the password re entering? What is the error you are seeing on your pucks?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having to enter my password every day. We have checked all the router connectivity and everything else on Wi-Fi works except for the TVs. I've now connected the Main TV with a ethernet cable which works 90% of the time but upstairs I need to enter the password every single night &amp;nbsp;Please can someone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have one puck and sky glass tv. &amp;nbsp;The WiFi works on all devices other than the sky tv as this drops out daily. &amp;nbsp; Router has been changed along with many calls with 3rd party company to check what is going on in the background all has come back ok. &amp;nbsp; Sky open tv for some reason not holding password. &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":frowning_face:"&gt;☹️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
