Paramount+ Basic (with ads) issues

Although Paramount+ (with ads) is now part of my Sky subscriotion, I am unable to access Paramount+. When I go to Paramount+, it asks for a login, which I do not have, or ask me to register.
If I try and register it shows me that I am part of Sky, free with Ads, but it will not let me access any programmes and there seems to be no way of then registering.

Anyone have any ideas or similar issues please?

I assume you have Sky Cinema (which includes Paramount+ access)?
