It is the only way to find out the speed actually being received by the TV, not what Sky's diagnostics say the speed is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open Netflix and navigate to the get help menu, top left by clicking on your profile avatar. Once there, run a network check and see what speed is reported. Ideally you need an absolute minimum of 25Mbps but preferably a lot more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
