Hi @petex77

I've logged in with my EE account and can access TNT sports but no other content. I've then activated my HBO with sky using the same email address and can see my basic with ads billed by sky and TNT sports billed by EE on the same account.

MikeAlanR

Hello,

I’m looking for some clarification regarding the upcoming launch of HBO Max on Sky.

I currently subscribe to TNT Sports through EE as part of a package. When HBO Max becomes available on Sky, will I be able to access TNT content through the same HBO Max account linked to my Sky subscription?

If this is not possible, would I need to sign out of my Sky HBO Max account and log into a separate TNT-linked HBO Max account in order to access that content? I am hoping to avoid having to switch between different accounts.

I would appreciate any clarification on how this will work.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @Karen225

We are fellow customers so no one here can advise until launch. Given that HBO isn't owned by sky. However it should be very similar to how you use discovery plus now. You can sign in with your powered by EE account and access the content. However you won't have it in the EPG etc unless you subscribe directly via sky.

And yes presumably you will need to go though an activation process with EE.

MikeAlanR

Now launch day so does TNT via EE and Entertainmnet via Sky on same HBO account work and if so what's the process to setup?

check you can login with D+ details and have TNT Sport working then activate via Sky on the same account?

Dont want to mess it up and lose TNT Sport access and only end up with access to the Basic pack that's free with Sky.
