    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you try the following in this order, even though you may have tried some of it;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Put your Sky Glass TV into standby.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to your broadband router/hub and remove the power for at least half hour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that half hour, power back the broadband router/hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the broadband router/hub is back up, select the Home key &amp;nbsp;or power button on your Sky Glass and allow it to power up&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let a TV live channels play out for a good five minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then do an apps refresh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing. Note: An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then try the C5 app again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try using the C5 app after a few hours after starting the apps refresh process, but as above it can sometimes take 24 hours to fully complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Channel 5 App is the one which is causing me problems&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I select play, I get error undefined VJS-2999&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their help centre is next to useless, usual fudge answers, and transferring to someone else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried switching off WIFI as advised, then putting back on. No result.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you in anticipation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
