Go to Settings&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to System Management&lt;BR /&gt;3. Press Select&lt;BR /&gt;4. Go to Resets and Updates&lt;BR /&gt;5. Press Select&lt;BR /&gt;6. Go to Restart Device&lt;BR /&gt;7. Press Select.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. &amp;nbsp;I haven't done this but have switched off and unplugged before starting up again and that hasn't worked. &amp;nbsp;I have also refreshed apps to no avail. &amp;nbsp;I will try your suggestion to see if that will work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app opens, tells me to subscribe, tells me I'm good to go. &amp;nbsp;Then when I click on a programme to watch I get a messsge asking me to subscribe......&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I escalated to Hayu they say no problem their end. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this recently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bizarrely I had to log out of the app and back in, it seeemed as though the app was stuck in a unsubscribed state.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
