I had to restart the Puck and now voice control not working.

I've changed the batteries and pressed 1&3 many times...

If your Sky Stream or Glass remote isn't pairing after a restart, try a factory reset of the remote itself: press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds, then press and hold 7 and 9 for three seconds. Once done, point the remote at the Puck and hold 1 and 3 again until the screen confirms it is connected. If voice everfi control still fails, ensure your Puck has a stable internet connection, as voice commands require an active server link to process.
