    <description>&lt;P&gt;New to Sky. Kess than 2 weeks had the TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My connection is fine (I am with Virgin)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paying for Sky Ultimate with Sky Cinema and Netflix. Was watching a movie all fone, changed to a different one, was bugging at 20% then stopped loading. Tried another movie. Again, was loading at 20% then stopped. Refreshed apps in settings and also clicked on "reload netflix"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still nothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My LG tv was better, regret it now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could even cast my phone to the TV&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky, I can't even do that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not even use Bluetooth connected woth my phone. Have to connect using Headset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
