    <description>&lt;P&gt;The symptoms are normally due to a poor wifi connection in a certain location within your house.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firstly, best to make sure it's not the connection to that puck, compared to others;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.&lt;BR /&gt;Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Check Network.&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.&lt;BR /&gt;What is the speed on your working pucks as well as the intermittent faulty puck.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try swapping over one of the working pucks with the one that's not so reliable and see if it still causes issues in that location.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On various channels the sound goes off, then the picture freezes, then the screen goes grey. I have to wait a minute or 2 then everything comes back on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not the broadband as have 2 packs and the other one works fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
