I ordered Sky glass but cancelled it due to sky stream not having that's TV channels so I decided to stick with sky Q. I paid a £20 upfront free but this seems to of disappeared off my bills or account. How do I claim this money back ?

You'll need to call Sky to ask about this.

Refunds from Sky can take up to 45 days to be made to your account.
