Recently had the Sky Glass Air 55 inch tv delivered on Saturday 28/02/2026 and the pic quality is not the greatest. I can see what I can only describe has shadows going down the screen. Will Sky change my tv. If needed as I'm in my 31 day period.

You should absolutely get your TV swapped if you find the quality unacceptable. You might not get a better Glass Air though as they are all of the same spec & subject to a bit of a panel lottery. You might get a good one or you might not. It's the same with most cheap TVs.
