How do I remove sky glass from my account as i'm selling my tv as i've now got a new one? Thanks

@Sarah+shaw Doing a full factory reset will unlink the tv from your account

you definitely must do this before handing over the tv

Thanks i've already reset it, it's just I saw on here it needs removing from my account aswell?

@Sarah+shaw If you're done a full factory reset then the tv shouldn't be listed on your account so can you see it when you login to your account

It's on there still, i'm on the phone now to them which is a nightmare

but it's paid off and factory reset but it still shows on my account

But to remove a sky glass you need to speak to sky as per the linked article: "Want to remove a Streaming TV device from your account? You'll need to get in touch with us to do this".

However if you factory reset it, this shouldn't stop someone else setting it up: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/buying-sky-glass-second-hand

I've spoken to customer service and they've removed it for me. ☺️
