Bad customer service I have phoned several times this week with issues that they have not resolved and am on the point of cancelling my whole package. Ridiculous time to resolve anything 7 different people I've spoken to this week & it's still not resolved. I'm going to cancel the whole thing I'm paying this for no service & it's **bleep** me off the amount of times I've had to phone this week. If it's u cancelling something it takes a month but when it's them it's done right away.

ive had enough of being fobbed off with nothing being fixed.

I agree with you completely!

I spent 3 dyas on this as my GEN1 Glass failed the day after the last 4 year payment was made.

The only offer was for me to pay £474 for a replacement GEN 1! 5 Year old tech!!

I think a discounted GEN2 would have been appropriate however the computer says NO!

I have voted with my feet and walked away from Sky!
