Why is all live football or sports always behind real-time. I've got sky glass this never happened when I had a dish

Hi @Paulknox Sky Q is received via satellite whereas Glass is received by streaming over the internet which is a much slower process. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do as subscribers to avoid this.

Have you tried the Live sync on Sky Sports Main event?
