I have a similar problem which only happens on live tv, all apps work fine. No pattern to it, just happens randomly. The screen will either freeze or go grey or the sound goes off. It's fine when I switch to another channel so do not believe it's a connection issue. Happens on both pucks (completely different areas of the house). Anyone have any ideas please?

What speed does the Netflix app return when it run it form the Glass or one of the pucks?

Its will need to be in the region of 25-30 Mbps for one device, but if you are using say your Glass and a puck in a different room at the same time you would need in the region of 35-40 Mbps (obviously would need a bit higher if you had other devices using the internet at the same time as well i.e games consoles or streaming on tablets etc)..
