If you select this icon you ll see a page dedicated to sky store content. Scrolling to the bottom of this page you should see a section titled my library. You can select this and it will take you to the login page for sky store where you will need to enter your username and password.

you will then see all of your purchased content

Since swapping to sky glass I'm unable to access my (pre paid) films and recordings, and it's impossible to speak to a person. Does anyone know how to resolve this please?

Without any meaningful details we won't be able to help you resolve it.

I just wanted to watch a film, the new sky glass doesn't have my previously paid for films, I've not gone into sky store, I was just trying to figure out how to access stuff I had recorded on my sky q box. I can't find any useful information to retrieve the films and speaking to a person is not possible, I'm old school and need a little guidance but there's none available, just keep going round in circles, had to give up for the sake of my sanity. But thank you for replying.

@Maureenmojo wrote:

I was just trying to figure out how to access stuff I had recorded on my sky q box.

You can't access recordings on your Sky Q box on the Sky Glass. They are 2 different platforms, and Sky Glass is streaming-based and doesn't work on local recordings.

Any local recordings you had on your Sky Q box are lost when the Sky Q subscription is cancelled, and the box is then returned to Sky.

As others have mentioned, for purchases made through Sky Store, you just need to access the Sky Store app on the Sky Glass, login and all your Sky Store purchases are available to stream.
