Disappearing Playlist

I've had Sky Glass since November. I had dozens of stuff (good word that) on my Playlist.
I've just gone to watch something and there's nothing there except a message saying "You haven't added anything to your Playlist yet".
I've done a device restart from System Settings to no avail. Is this a known problem with a magic formula or will I just have to find all the shows again and re-add them and hope it doesn't happen again?

@splatto You're not the 1st one to report this, it was passed to Sky via the closed community but not had any updates. I'll see if there is any updates.

Okay cheers. I did look at other suggested threads before posting, but there seemed to be nothing since 2024 and there seemed to be no answer.

I redid my Playlist yesterday, and today it's just a vertical list in alphabetical order with no thumbnails or description.

Have you changed the personalisation settings at all on your account ? The bits like tracking and tailored ads ?

this can affect the playlist and continue watching rail

I haven't changed anything recently. I've always had the tailored ads and tracking stuff turned off. I thought that just means you get adverts that might or might not be relevant. How can that make your Playlist disappear?

I've had a playlist issue with my sky glass for over a year. The TV shows play list is empty and I get an error saying something like it's unavailable. Even though I've added dozens of shows. I spent over an hour on the phone to someone in a noisy call centre basic telling me to turn it off and back on again (as if I hadn't done that multiple times) and didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about. They just kept telling me how to add things to the playlist (which I know how to do!). I've raised the issue before but nothing seems to be done about it, and then I get so annoyed when I see the ads and get an email telling me how great the playlist feature is. Very annoying.

I believe it affects the playlist. That's the advice we were given

My Playlist has completely disappeared for the 4th time.
I'm not seeking help, just documenting it each time for posterity. 🙂

Playlists on our Gen 1 Glass and the 3 pucks have been cleared. No accept changes have been made. This is the first time it has happened.

@cbm64chris My playlist has never been empty better not speak too soon had an issue this week where when I went on a programme and it wasn't the latest episode but that appears fine now
