      <title>Sky Glass showing Please wait while your program loads when changing channel</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So for the last 2 months, every time we turn the Sky Glass on or when we try to change channels, it comes up with Please wait your program loads. It'll then go back to the Main Menu, and when we try again it may or may not load the channel or it may come up with a message saying there is a technical fault on the channel, please try later. The only way to sort it is to go into the Setting Menu and do a restart. When we get back ionto Sky, it says that we don't have Wifi, and when we press enter on that, it goes into the main menu ok. The Sky Glass is attached via ethernet to our router and our service shows as being 240 mbps on our providers app and 89 mbps when running a test through Netflix. So the speed is more than adequate to run a Sky Glass. The problem started when we had an internet outage on our estate for half a day and while it came back ok after that, a couple of days later the error started to appear. The problem is getting worse now and so every time we try and change channel we have to restart the Glass. We are on Sky OS 1.3, Build version QS039.012.00P, UI Version 3.117.3. ANy ideas on how to fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have it hard wired with an ethernet cable and haven't turned WIFI off that might be worth a try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
