    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4610558"&gt;@Laurajf123_&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Occasionally my stream puck voice control stops working and I have found that a reboot always gets it working again. &amp;nbsp;I assume it wil be the same on a glass TV so give it a try. To do this go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&amp;nbsp; It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a while before the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
