@Nellie30 As indicated by @PandJ2020 this is a customer helping customer forum so you need to phone Sky to talk to Customer services.

If Sky is your mobile provider just dial 150 but if not click on the link below and select the “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

The tv controls aren't working . We have put new batteries in and also tried switching it on and off again . And tried the upstairs remote . Can get the tv on but won't do anything can you advise or give us a number to call please

@Amber55 The forum software doesn't allow the posting of numbers. However, if you are a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk customer you can dial 150.

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.

Apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9pm

Unfortunately they can. The contract you agreed covers 'Free to Air' channels if you fail to pay.

Simply plug your aerial in and use the inbuilt freeview tuner.

if you mean normal as in bbc and itv then you would need to disconnect the internet and use the freeview tuner that's built in via an aerial
