TV TALKING BUT NOT SHOWING PICTURES.

This morning My sky tv just went blank and later shows only the head of a reindeer potrait. You can hear the TV but cannot see anything but reindeer picture

Turn it off at the wall for a couple of minutes. Turn back on and see if it gets rid of the reindeer.

Mine is doing that but showing a picture of a man and woman. No matter what channel or app it goes back to this one picture. Tried factory reset 3 times now it works for a bit then does it again.

Exactly the same here is it a problem with them or the tv
