Remove a TV from my devices

Morning

I had to purchase a new Sky Glass TV, and send the old one to the dump.

I have managed to set the new one up has my main device but, how can I remove the one that I no longer have?.

I seem to be going around in circles.

The Sky chat said that there is a link below the device where I can remove it but, that information is incorrect.

Any ideas?

you can normally do this within the MySky app but you will need to make your new tv the primary device first

You need to make your new TV the primary device.

In the My Sky App it says:
"Want to remove a Streaming TV device from your account?
"You'll need to get in touch with us to do this."

The key is to keep trying until you find an advisor who knows what they're talking about.

Hi @splatto

That is correct. However you can make primary yourself. The OP needs to make the new one primary for it to work.

@mikealanr In the OP he says "I have managed to set the new one up as my main device". I took that to mean he'd set it as the primary device already.
