I had a Sky Glass Air delivered yesterday. All good except for an anomaly with the playlist.

As I understand it, when you add a tv show to your playlist and you subsequently play an episode, the next time you go to that show, it should bring up the next episode. Trouble is, it doesn't.

For example, I was watching Stargate SG-1 on the Sky Q box before the Sky Glass Air was delivered. I then added it to the playlist on the new tv, but despite being half way through season 8, every time I go back to it, it wants to play season 1 episode 1 and i have to remember which episode I'm up to.

Any ideas why this is?

Thanks

Then add it back in again

failing that and it's just stargate you could try emailing viewerR@sky.uk who can deal with metadata issues for programming

Thanks for you reply. Unfortunately, it appears to be for all shows. Stargate was just an example

All sorted. The engineer who fixed our broadband had to unplug the tv and plug it back in for it to connect to the internet. Next episodes are now showing.

Thanks for the help
