So my sky glass got replace due to it devoloping a weird yellow box on screen. New tv arrived however it has never worked properly. It freezes all the time and unless you unplug it and plug it back in you cant get it to work. This new tv is five weeks old and for four and a half weeks ive been on the phone to sky multiply times. Ive had a new remote Internet has been Upgraded wifi boosters sent . They doing updates with me over the phone. PLEASE ALSO UNDERSTAND WE HAD NO ISSUE LIME THIS WITH THE OLD ONE IT WAS A SCREEN PROBLEM. Today they sent an engineer and he was told to hard wire it even he said its the tv not the Internet. However even him requesting a new tv he was told hard wire it first. Anyway he left about an hour and a half ago and guess what the tv still freezes I called again. This is the best bit the tv under two months old delivered broken has no warranty. As they bass it on your first one not the replacement and the warranty ran out 3 weeks ago on that. Ive just been told there is nothing they can do only pay over 400 for a new one. So im at a loss broken tv that was replaced with a broken tv. Anyone any advice on what to do. Tv was even freezing for the engineer in set up mood before even connecting to wifi. They delivered it broken and now won't do anything about i
