This should clear any software faults. If the lines across continue, you will need to speak to Sky and ask them to replace your TV under the 2 year warranty. We are fellow customers here on the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
