My husband purchased the UFC event earlier this morning via our sky stream box but when trying to now watch it, sky is prompting to enter our pin to purchase. after doing this it states the event has already been purchased.

Any idea how to resolve? we have tried a restart twice to no avail

I paid for TNT box office over 4 hours ago but there's no channel to watch box office, if you click on the tile it says event already paid for go to sky.com/help. No help available what so ever. I've rebooted the puck and still no channel available.

Hi, I’m having the same issue as many others for the Gaethje vs. Pimblett main card.

Despite having a receipt and my screen clearly stating "This event has already been purchased," there is no "Watch" or "Play" button. Instead, it just shows the "Enter PIN to purchase" box, which then fails.

I have already tried:

Refreshing Apps in System Management

A full power cycle (unplugged for 60s)

Searching via Voice and the Sport tile

None of these have worked. This is clearly a backend entitlement issue on Sky's end. Can a moderator please confirm that this is being escalated and that automatic refunds will be processed for those of us locked out of the live event? I have timestamped photos of the error for proof.

Last time something like this happened I woke up to an auto email from sky saying they were aware of issues and just gave a full refund. It's a shame, I would rather have watched the fight but what can you do.

Yes - it does. But then it asks for your pin and says "already purchased" and because the channel doesn't exist you then cannot watch it.

The second time Sky have taken £20 off me for me to not be able to watch a UFC event. Scandalous and will be going to virgin as of tomorrow morning due to the lack of want to help any of their customers. Even on this platform, they leave users to try and work their shocking system instead of giving good, positive and step by step instruction.

Much prefer to take the money then have you ring them 50 times a day to try and receive a refund for them to say "Well the event started and you didn't cancel, so you aren't entitled to a refund,"

I've bought ufc on tnt box office but sky glass won't let me watch it

not even being provided with the option to watch it say put pin in to purchase then tells me I've already purchased it

It's happening to lots of people on sky glass. Sky have acknowledged a technical problem but there is no fix yet. I suspect we will just get a refund

I purchased and was watching ufc 324, I turned over to watch something else for a while until the main fight and now I can't ge it back. Every time I put my pin in essays I have already purchased. Articles say go to ch 490/494 but they aren't available. I am livid

Someone sent me the below in a message

"The @SkyHelpTeam on X has just posted a general update (around 2:05 AM) acknowledging that they are aware of a "technical issue" affecting Sky Glass and Sky Stream customers trying to access the UFC 324 PPV. They haven't provided a fix yet, but they have officially stated that their "technical teams are working on it as a priority"
