For 2hours unable to load TV programmes. Just get a circle of doom at best. Area SO42

Hi @Erku and welcome to the forum. Have you tried rebooting your glass TV but going to Settings > System management > Resets and Updates > restart device. This will usually resolve any small glitches in the system.

It's the first thing to try as soon as any issues develop.
