In netflix go to profile pic &gt; get help? &gt; Connectivity check. Try running it a few times and take an average. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have whole home.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>These issues usually point to poor connectivity between your Glass and router or poor broadband speeds.
