In netflix go to profile pic &amp;gt; get help? &amp;gt; Connectivity check. Try running it a few times and take an average. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have whole home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These issues usually point to poor connectivity between your Glass and router or poor broadband speeds. It may be a case that you get more stability using an ethernet cable or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in your glass settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
