    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok done full re set, turned router off the on leaving it for over an hr. Reset apps. Every other channel works from Netflix extra. Paramount turns on I pick what I want to watch, watch the 30sec of adverts then I get the 3005 page.. ahhhh&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We just signed up for Paramount+ which works fine on our iPhones/ipad but everyone time we try to watch something we get a minute of adverts then an error code 3005. We have checked broadband, unplugged, turned on/off, refreshed apps but nothing works...any suggestions greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thee was an issue back last year with 3005 that P+ and Sky worked together to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But, since then some customers do occasionally get the error, which is a generic message that the app shows around any internet connection type issues when using the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One path to resolve that has cured the occurrences for many customers is doing the following in this order.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A restart of your broadband router and a restart of your Sky Glass TV after the broadband router is back up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try leaving your router off for half hour or more, as this will reset the WAN ip address and create a new connection path for your router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then after doing that, on your Sky Glass TV, do another app refresh;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The refresh can take 24 hours to complete&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Nothing else, apart from trying the above that I have seen resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try a factory reset of the Sky Glass TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We normally only suggest doing so when on a call or chat with Sky. As doing a factory reset can sometimes cause some account issues that only a call to Sky will fix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Doing a factory reset will reset your current saved account info that you will need to readd along with your &amp;nbsp;Sky Glass cutomised settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, up to you if you want to do that yourself or work with Sky on doing so and work with them on something similar to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
