&lt;P&gt;Both the first and second generation Sky Glass sets have panels with a 60Hz refresh rate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FPS (frames per second) is a measure of &lt;STRONG&gt;output&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and is typically a function of the graphics chip in a computer or console.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Generally speaking it's undesirable to have FPS output higher than the refresh rate of the panel of a television set being used to display a game: dedicated gaming monitors are better able to cope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
