Problems recording

I want to record films on the Great and Great mystery channels but it's only recording half the films due to them having entertainment news in the middle. If I try and add the second half to playlist it removes the film entirely. Does anyone know how to overcome this so the whole film records?

Hi @BexW83 unfortunately this is a broadcast issue and at the moment there is nothing that Sky can do to prevent it. It has been something people have been complaining about since Glass / stream first launched and to date there does not appear to be any workaround.

Great TV does have an app not on Sky but Apple etc if you have access you could watch your film from there

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. It is so frustrating! Has anyone got an update regarding this issue? It's confusing (or is it just me lol), but some of the movies on GREAT Mystery when added to my playlist, 'record' both parts either side of the break. So I'm at a loss as to why only certain ones don't 😕 🤔.

Also, why does this happen even though both parts of a movie show as being added (or set for record) when I plus them to my playlist?

With all the technology these days, and all the money SKY are paid for the 'privilege' of using their service. You would think an annoying 😑 🙄 😒 problem such as this, should have been remedied long ago.

Anyway, that's my little rant for the day lol 😆 😅 🙃 😂. And a thank you to anyone who can help me with this.
