Hi @fotobitz If you go to the Paramount home page at this link. you can just sign in with the same username and password you used when you signed up through the Sky.

Thanks but I have tried that. If I go on paramount and get my info and put it in the

link it still doesn't recognize me.

That's a shame @fotobitz . Unfortunately I no longer have Sky Cinema so lost my Paramount+ access so I can't try it at me end. However, when I was subscribed logging into the Paramount homepage worked for me but that was a couple of years ago.

Maybe someone else has a solution 🤞
