I am trying to watch Dune 2 on Sky cinema, but 6-7 minutes into the movie it freezes. I have reset the sky box I have turn everything off then on again but nothing is working . Can you help please.

I’m trying to watch Dune: Part Two on Sky Cinema, but the movie keeps freezing about 6–7 minutes in. I’ve already reset the Sky box and powered everything off and back on again, but the issue still isn’t resolved.
