    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just tried mine on my Sky Stream and all working ok, so it's not looking like a general issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See you have tried an app refresh. An app refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete fully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only other thing to suggest, is to do a restart of your broadband router/hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Best to put your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream Pucks into standby when doing that.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Amazon music app seems to have stopped working on my sky glass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it used to work with no problems and now it doesn't go any further than shown in photo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have refreshed apps and have restarted the tv multiple times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.jpg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/115249iC478A501FE36AAAC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="image.jpg" alt="image.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
