A few things to try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) when the ads come on press rewind. When it gets back to the start, it plays the next segment without the ads. Better than using fast forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) have you tried a reboot? (Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; resets &amp;amp; updates&amp;gt; restart)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) try refreshing apps (same menu as above). Note it can take 24 hours for this to process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2327215"&gt;@Deborah0166&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;You could try resetting the cache of the ITVX app: open the app &amp;amp; enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This procedure clears the cache and should help resolve issues with the ITVX app (it does nothing for any other App). &amp;nbsp;After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy &amp;amp; cookies information. Select continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note - there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you have the ITVX homepage open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
