      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, I think this could be my fault but posting just in case!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was gifted a sky glass tv and signed up today for sky services. But I'm stuck on this message! Have tried the trouble shooting but still the same!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im thinking my services aren't active yet, hence my fault, but just want to be sure!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
